Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the quality of the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.
Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage done by melee and weapons, while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next success result is repeated. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.
As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be purchased by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment, players must first locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item upgrade. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item level upgrade to the new gear.

There are a variety of ways to obtain them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season.
